How It Began

MPS was formed in year 2003 as part of a greater Black Economic Empowerment initiative. It aims, inter alia, to address the high levels of crime and unemployment in our country.

MPS offers a wide range of security services with a competitive and innovative edge in the security industry because we are focusing on a niche market with up to date technology and we ensure that the initiates of our clients are fulfilled with optimum efficiency.

Future Plan

MPS plans to source young Women in the near future to occupy senior posts within the business. It is not easy for young qualified women from any national background to find and grow a career within the security industry.

Another present and future plan regarding Black Empowerment at MPS is to constantly have upward mobility and internal training programs within the company to ensure that the previously disadvantaged individuals occupy the management position as per their merit.

Our Vision

A Safe & Secure Environment

The Modise Protection Service (MPS) vision, which is in line with that of the South African Police Service is to create a safe and secure environment for all the citizens of South Africa.

The realization of a common vision led to the formation of MPS. This vision is the foundation of our reputable security company, providing a cost effective service whilst reflecting the composition of South Africa’s population.

Qualified

Training of Security Personnel

Our Staff is sent for group training to P/SIRA approved courses. They also undergo safety, fire and first aid training. This ensures acceptable identification and feedback unsafe working conditions and facilities.

In addition, we conduct regular ongoing training sessions to ensure that acceptable standards are maintained. Our responsible managers and training officers do onsite training on a continuous basis. This ensures that any demands from our clients regarding specific tasks are effectively handled.
